Jeremy Soares, real estate broker (OACIQ H2731), operates JeremySoares.com. This policy describes what personal information is collected, how it is used, and your rights, in accordance with Quebec’s Law 25 and Canada’s PIPEDA.

Information collected

When you submit a form, subscribe to the newsletter, or use the assistant (text or voice), we may collect: your name, email, phone number, your messages and conversation transcript, and your real estate interest (buying, selling, etc.).

How it is used

This information is used only to respond to your inquiry, provide brokerage follow-up, and — with your consent — send the newsletter. It is never sold.

Service providers

We use service providers for processing: Resend (email), HubSpot (contact management), Anthropic (conversational assistant), ElevenLabs (voice assistant), and Google Analytics (anonymized usage statistics). Each provider processes data under its own safeguards.

Retention and security

Assistant conversations are not stored on our servers. Contact data is retained only as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and to meet brokerage compliance obligations.
